The hotel's location is on a steep slope, offering amazing views of the sea from the lovely rooms. The staff are very accommodating and friendly, always ready to assist with various services. The location is a bit far from the main city area but provides a serene atmosphere. Dining offers exceptional quality and variety but can be expensive. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.
I was really impressed with this villa in Koh Samui. The bellhops were super helpful with our bags, and we even got a room upgrade to enjoy a stunning view of the beach. The quiet hillside location was great for relaxation, but there were some steps to tackle. The dining options were good, but there were some delays during busy times.
The hotel is nestled up the hillside leading from the beach, offering an isolated vacation spot directly on the seaside. The rooms are just what was needed, albeit a bit of a maze at first. The service was top-notch, especially from Jeff, catering to guests with special needs like wheelchairs or baby strollers. While the dining was good, it could get expensive at 1000 baht+ per person.
This villa in Koh Samui was just what I needed. At first, it felt a bit like a maze due to its layout but being near the top meant lots of walking. The room had a really big bed which we loved, and there was a daybed for those with kids.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and private, but there was a persistent bad smell due to poor ventilation. On the bright side, the air conditioning worked great in keeping the room cool. The service was fantastic and extremely helpful, even going the extra mile to take us to the supermarket one night. The location, although beautiful, was a bit remote from shops and bars, making it challenging to access the main shopping and nightlife areas easily. The dining experience offered delicious food, with an extensive buffet selection. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.
Returning to our room felt stuffy and a bit claustrophobic, but the reception area and local amenities were great. The staff was very friendly, and the pools were enjoyable. The rooms needed updating; although the bed was huge and comfy, the noisy air conditioning made it hard to sleep at night, so it got a bit warm.
